We are committed to providing ethical quality service in such manner in which exudes trust and confidence amongst our client companies and our client applicants. We will adhere to the following principles:
- Communication with all of our applicants will be clearly enforced to outline the sole reason for collecting personal information and exactly how it will be used. The information gathered will be limited to the specified purpose of attaining a job or assignment or retaining a specific job/assignment.
- The candidate’s record will be maintained with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- The Job Shoppe Inc will comply with all governing laws and regulations as per protection of privacy and confidentiality.
- At the request of the applicant "personal information" will be deleted from our files or shredded. When no longer deemed necessary for further job search as defined by company policies, said information will be deleted or shredded.
- The Job Shoppe representatives will be trained and updated as to the importance of the privacy issue.
- All information gathered will be protected by means of a password or locked file.
- All notes regarding whom has had access to said information per individual will be kept on file and made available upon request.
- Any complaints/comments will be immediately addressed by the owner of The Job Shoppe Inc.
